Forms, Applications and Refunds Click here to download an application form. It is a fillable .pdf document, and you will need Adobe Reader to open it. If you don’t have that program, you can download it at no cost. (Note that if you are using a Mac and don’t open Adobe Reader first, the pdf file will probably open into Preview. This would allow you to read and print the form, but you would not be able to fill it out on your computer.) There are two ways you can use the form. You can fill it in on your computer, then print it out and mail it in, or you can print it out, fill it in by hand and mail it in. If you fill it out on the computer, you will not be able to save it or to email it, so print out two copies, one to keep and one to send us. Be sure to go to “Page Setup” in the Adobe Reader program and choose the “Landscape” orientation before you print the form. Mail the application form
along with your deposit(s) to: Refunds: your deposit check would not be cashed until you have been offered and accepted a space at camp. Once accepted from the waiting list, your final payment would be due by July 1st or as soon thereafter as possible, in order to hold your place at camp. General Information
